Operating Hours
From 08:00 to 21:00.
Pricing
The price is quoted “per day” (24-hour period).
Damage waiver limits the customer’s liability for damage to the rented vehicle.
The level of liability is the amount the customer leaves as a deposit when renting the vehicle and may vary depending on:
- the type of vehicle
- the method of payment
- the age of the customer
Extra Services
Unlimited kilometers (1–3 days: 150 km/day, excess: €0.25/km incl. VAT)
Out-of-hours service (21:01–07:59): €15
Transport by ferry: €40
Fines (Traffic Code/Municipality): charged to the customer

Second driver: FREE
Child seat: €3.00
Infant seat: €6.00
Snow chains: €8.00
Driver < 23 years old: €8.00 Driver > 74 years old: €8.00

Vehicle Categories / Models
Reservations are confirmed for a category, not for a model, except for special categories.
Vehicle Condition
The vehicle must be returned:
In the same condition as received – clean
Additional charge applies for – heavy dirt & damage to seats or upholstery
Smoking is prohibited.
Animals may only be transported in a special carrier.
Payment Methods
All cards accepted
Card must be in the main driver’s name
Fuel Policy
Return with the same fuel level.
Refueling charge applies in case of shortage.
Insurance
Basic: Comprehensive
Extra options available upon arrival
Late Return
1 hour delay: no charge
After the 1st hour: extra day
Rental Requirements
- Driving License
- ID/Passport
- Card/Cash
*For non-EU licenses, an international permit & translation is required
*Without valid documents: booking cancellation, no refund
Driver’s Age
Minimum: 21 years (23 or 25 for larger categories)
Maximum: 74 years (over 75: extra charge)
Experience: 1 year / 2 years for luxury and vans
Cross-Border Travel
By arrangement with the company.
Roadside Assistance
Free, 24/7 within the national road network.
Accident
Immediate contact with the company.
Vehicle replacement within 24–48 hours (depending on availability).
Charge: €0.56/km + other costs (towing, ferry, tolls, etc.)
Theft Insurance
Optional
Liability by category:
- A, B: €1000
- C, D: €1500
- SUV/Auto: €2000
- 7–9 seaters: €2500
- LUX & VAN PRO: depending on value
Lost Keys
Not covered by insurance.
The customer covers all replacement costs.
Vehicle Trackers
May be used in accordance with the privacy policy.
Personal Data
Kept secure in accordance with the law.
General Terms
All bookings are subject to the terms of use.
Greek Law applies.
VAT 24%.
The use of the vehicle is prohibited:
For violating laws
For towing
For transporting heavy or flammable materials
Off paved roads
For renting/subletting
Non-compliance = customer liability + cancellation of coverage
